Development of the Institute for the Protection of Environmental Rights of Citizens in the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China
The article examines the Institute for the Protection of Environmental Rights of citizens in the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China (PRC), the novels that appeared at the Institute for the Protection of Environmental Rights of Citizens of these states. In these countries, non-identical approaches are used to consolidate environmental rights. The Constitution of the People's Republic of China does not regulate these rights, which is not an obstacle to ensuring their protection. The significant changes that have taken place over the past few years in the legal framework governing the protection of environmental rights of both Russian and Chinese citizens indicate the development of institutions for the protection of these rights.
Развитие института защиты экологических прав граждан в Российской Федерации и Китайской Народной Республике
В статье исследуется институт защиты экологических прав граждан в Российской Федерации и Китайской Народной Республике (КНР), новеллы, появившиеся в институте защиты экологических прав граждан этих государств. В указанных странах используются неидентичные подходы в закреплении экологических прав. В Конституции КНР эти права не регламентированы, что не является препятствием для обеспечения их защиты. Произошедшие за последние несколько лет существенные изменения в правовых основах, регламентирующих защиту экологических прав как граждан России, так и граждан Китая, свидетельствуют о развитии институтов защиты этих прав.

Понятие целостности данных в научной литературе имеет несколько определений. В одной из наиболее распространенных трактовок под целостностью данных подразумевается отсутствие ненадлежащих изменений. Смысл понятия «ненадлежащее изменение» раскрывается Д. Кларком и Д. Вилсоном: ни одному пользователю автоматизированной системы, в том числе и авторизованному, не должны быть разрешены такие изменения данных, которые повлекут за собой их разрушение или потерю.
